Rescheduling & Cancelling Appointments

Cancellation policy -

Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 3hrs before your appointment time, If you try to cancel after this you will not be able to do so.

The reason we require at least 3hrs notice for cancellations is to give us adequate time to re-advertise and re-fill that slot.

We understand that situations can change and you may forget about your appointment so our booking system will automatically send out a reminder 24hrs & 5hrs before your appointment, to your registered email & mobile number to give you a chance to modify things if needed.

(Please ensure you enter your correct details when booking)

If you fail to cancel/modify & just don’t turn up to your appointment, you will be placed onto a pre-pay only list meaning you can only make future bookings if you pre-pay first.

If you have pre-paid and then fail to cancel/modify your booking you will still be charged for the wasted appointment slot.

If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment there are a few ways to do so -

1) Log in to the CAMO app

Select “Appointments” then “Modify”

2) Go to your booking confirmation text

click the link & then click “Reschedule Appointment”

3) Go to your booking confirmation email

(this could be in your junk folder)

select “Go to booking page” & then click “Reschedule Appointment”

4). As a last resort if none of the above steps are working for you then please ring the shop which your appointment is booked at (contact details are found on our locations page) or email us at camohair@outlook.com and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible however we can’t always be active on our emails during opening hours.
